Not worth it - and its FREE!

As a graduate nurse studying for my NCLEX, I find this app to be a complete and utter waste.of.time..... There are grammar/spelling mistakes, incorrect answers, poor wording on almost every question. One question was even geared toward a patient with a unilateral disability but didnt tell which side was disabled in the question! If the app is free, rationales should be free, though I imagine there are no good rationales - sketchy, at that, based on what Ive seen thus far. I only gave it one star because it wont let me post this without giving it something, but Id rather give it zero. I am sorry I wasted my time studying with this app. Deleting it ASAP!
Disappointed.
